If high-rigidity steel is not used or the workbench is not welded firmly for laser die making machine, if there is vibration caused around it, it will cause plywood to oscillate or shift, which will decrease the cutting surface smoothness.

The perpendicularity of the cutting head of laser die cutting machine also affects the cutting effect. Therefore, the correction of the straightness of the cutting head before cutting is also very important.
